Since 2011, Range Developments Group has delivered award-winning resorts. In 2020, it expanded into the UAE with high-end villas and residences.

A Cambridge graduate with a background in law and banking, he received Dominica’s Sisserou Award in 2024.

Kamal Shehada is the Managing Director and Member of the Board of Range Developments. Kamal has direct responsibility for the companies’ development activities. Under Kamal’s leadership, our development philosophy has won numerous awards and accolades. All of our completed resorts have been awarded Best New Caribbean Hotel from numerous industry publications including CNN, Condé Nast to name a few.

Kamal is an experienced entrepreneur and was the founder of Diamond Line Hotel Supply Company – a leading supplier of FF&E and OS&E to major hotels across the Middle East.

Kamal has spearheaded Range’s CSR activities and has been personally involved in many of our initiatives.

Kamal holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Libya as well as a Master’s in Structural Engineering.

Managing Director of Trimark Capital in Dubai, leading $1bn+ investments in natural resources and North American real estate.

He co-founded Range RAK, developing luxury residences on Al Marjan Island.

A former BlackRock analyst, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cornell and is a CFA Charterholder.
