“Company” shall mean Range Developments (Grenada) Limited

“Excluded Period” means the high season and peak season of 18 December to Easter Monday (inclusive) of each year in respect of the Six Senses La Sagesse

“Investor· shall mean a person who has: (i) purchased a beneficial ownership interest in the Resort, (ii) been approved for citizenship in Grenada and (iii) fully paid up the investment amount in the Resort.

“Member” shall mean the Investor who the Company has approved in writing to receive the benefits under the Programme.

“Programme· means the investor benefits as set out and described herein.

“Resort” shall mean the Six Senses La Sagesse

2. BENEFITS

The Member is entitled to a complimentary seven (7) night stay each calendar year in a standard room at the Six Senses La Sagesse

For the first calendar year in which the Member is entitled to the benefits under the Programme, the number of complementary nights which be adjusted pro-rata to reflect the period of time in that calendar year in which the Member is holding the beneficial ownership interest.

This benefit ceases after the completion of the 5-year holding period of the beneficial ownership interest.

The complimentary stay offer is for a room only (with maximum double occupancy) and does not include food and beverages or any other benefits or services. The complimentary stay offer does not include, and the Member is liable to pay, any government taxes or service charges that may apply in relation to the stay.

The Company may, in its sole discretion, reject a booking for a complimentary stay by an Investor where for any period of the requested booking two or more investors have already made a booking for a complimentary stay under the Programme.

3. BOOKINGS

Bookings and room reservations under the Programme must be made in advance with the Company by email to info@rangedevelopmentsgroup.com. The confirmation of a booking or reservation is subject to availability.

4. EXCLUSIONS

The benefits under the Programme are personal to each individual investor and are not assignable, transferable or redeemable for points, cash or otherwise and cannot be used in conjunction with special offers.

Complementary stays that are not used or redeemed within a calendar year may not be carried over to the following calendar year.

A complementary stay under the Programme is not eligible for any rewards points under the applicable hotel reward schemes.

Bookings are not available during the Excluded Period. In addition, the Company may at its sole discretion determine any “blackout” dates during which reservations and bookings will not be available.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England & Wales.

“Investor· shall mean a person who has: (i) purchased a beneficial ownership interest in the Resort, (ii) been approved for citizenship in Grenada and (iii) fully paid up the investment amount in the Resort.

“Member” shall mean the Investor who the Company has approved in writing to receive the benefits under the Programme.

“Programme· means the investor benefits as set out and described herein.

“Resort” shall mean the InterContinental Grenada - La Sagesse

During the construction of the Resort, and until such time when the Resort is fully operational, the Member is entitled to a complimentary seven (7) night stay each calendar year in a standard room (or equivalent category) at the Park Hyatt St. Kitts or the InterContinental Dominica Cabrits Resort & Spa.

For the first calendar year in which the Member is entitled to the benefits under the Programme, the number of complementary nights which be adjusted pro-rata to reflect the period of time in that calendar year in which the Member is holding the beneficial ownership interest.

This benefit ceases after the completion of the 5-year holding period of the beneficial ownership interest.

“Investor” shall mean a person who has: (i) purchased a beneficial ownership interest in the Resort, (ii) been approved for citizenship in Dominica, and (iii) fully paid up the investment amount in the Resort.

“Member” shall mean the Investor who the Company has approved in writing to receive the benefits under the Programme.

“Programme” means the investor benefits as set out and described herein.

“Resort” shall mean the InterContinental Dominica Cabrits Resort & Spa Dominica.

«Compañía» se referirá a Range Developments Limited

«Período excluido» se refiere a la temporada alta y la temporada alta del 18 de diciembre al lunes de Pascua (ambos inclusive) de cada año en lo que respecta al Park Hyatt St. Kitts.

Por «inversor» se entenderá una persona que: (i) haya adquirido una participación efectiva en el Resort, (ii) haya obtenido la ciudadanía en San Cristóbal y (iii) haya pagado la totalidad del monto de la inversión en el Resort.

Por «Miembro» se entenderá el Inversor que la Compañía haya aprobado por escrito para recibir los beneficios del Programa.

«Programa» se refiere a los beneficios para el inversor tal como se establece y describe en este documento.

«Resort» se refiere al Park Hyatt St. Kitts.

2. BENEFICIOS

El socio tiene derecho a una estancia gratuita de siete (7) noches cada año natural en una habitación estándar del Park Hyatt St. Kitts.

Durante el primer año natural en el que el Socio tenga derecho a los beneficios del Programa, el número de noches complementarias que se ajustará proporcionalmente para reflejar el período de tiempo de ese año natural en el que el Socio tenga la participación efectiva.

Este beneficio cesa una vez finalizado el período de tenencia de 7 años de la participación efectiva.

La oferta de estancia gratuita es solo para una habitación (con capacidad máxima para dos personas) y no incluye alimentos ni bebidas ni ningún otro beneficio o servicio. La oferta de estancia gratuita no incluye, y el socio está obligado a pagar, ningún impuesto gubernamental o cargo por servicio que pueda aplicarse en relación con la estancia.

La Compañía puede, a su entera discreción, rechazar una reserva para una estancia gratuita de un inversor si, durante cualquier período de la reserva solicitada, dos o más inversores ya han realizado una reserva para una estancia gratuita en el marco del Programa.

3. RESERVAS

Las reservas y reservas de habitaciones en el marco del Programa deben hacerse por adelantado con la Compañía por correo electrónico a info@rangedevelopmentsgroup.com. La confirmación de una reserva o reserva está sujeta a disponibilidad.

4. EXCLUSIONES

Los beneficios del Programa son personales para cada inversor individual y no se pueden asignar, transferir ni canjear por puntos, efectivo o de otro modo, y no se pueden usar junto con ofertas especiales.

Las estancias complementarias que no se utilicen o canjeen en un año natural no se pueden transferir al año natural siguiente.

Una estancia complementaria en el marco del Programa no reúne los requisitos para obtener puntos de recompensa en virtud de los programas de recompensas de hotel aplicables.

Las reservas no están disponibles durante el período de exclusión. Además, la Compañía podrá, a su entera discreción, determinar cualquier fecha «limitada» durante la cual las reservaciones y reservaciones no estarán disponibles.

5. LEY QUE RIGE

Estos Términos y condiciones se regirán e interpretarán de conformidad con las leyes de Inglaterra y Gales.
